The RISEUP Tour Fan Club (TRTFC) is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members. By participating in our organization, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
Membership Guidelines
1. Respect and Inclusivity
All members are expected to treat one another with respect, kindness, and courtesy. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
- 2.1 Fighting: Physical altercations will result in immediate removal from the organization.
- 2.2 Harassment and Bullying: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, intimidation, or bullying, is strictly prohibited.
- 2.3 Sexual Harassment: Any behavior that constitutes sexual harassment will lead to instant expulsion from the club.
- 2.4 Misconduct: Any other form of misconduct that disrupts the organization will be addressed seriously.
- 2.5 Disruptive Behavior: Any behavior deemed disruptive or contrary to this Code of Conduct will be subject to removal from TRTFC without a refund.
3. Dirty Bird Nest (DBN) Members
Members of the Dirty Bird Nest (DBN) are welcome to join TRTFC. However, they must adhere to all TRTFC rules and guidelines set forth by the organization. We foster an environment for everyone who shares the same fandom.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Members must respect the privacy of others. Sharing membership emails or any private communication with non-members is strictly prohibited and will lead to membership suspension.
5. Social Media Conduct
- 5.1 Members are encouraged to share their experiences and engage with fellow fans on social media. However, all interactions must remain respectful and adhere to the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct.
- 5.2 Posting defamatory, abusive, or inflammatory comments about other members or the organization (TRTFC) on social media platforms is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of membership.
6. Consequences of Violations
Membership may be revoked, suspended, or cancelled without notice if a member violates any part of this Code of Conduct. The decision will be made at the discretion of the TRTFC leadership.
